Who processes the data

What data we receive

Through the website form: your name, company, email, phone and the text of your request. You decide what to share; only name, email and the request are required.

Why and on what basis

To answer your request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to correspond with you on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who receives it

Only Aviamet staff read your data. It is processed technically by our email provider (Google Workspace), our website host (Cloudflare) and the service that delivers form messages. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to reply and to work together, and after a contract for the periods required by Polish tax and accounting law.

Your rights

You can obtain a copy of your data, correct it, restrict or object to processing, or ask us to erase it. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).

Cookies and third-party services

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores only your language choice and the latest exchange rates. Rates are loaded from the public NBU and NBP APIs and the office map from OpenStreetMap; these services receive your IP address when they load.
